Do you take new patients?

Yes! Please give us a call at 919-461-9601 and we will send a new patient brochure, registration form, and HIPAA form to fill out and bring with you to your appointment. We will also be glad to assist you with transferring records from your previous dentists.

At your first visit, please bring your insurance information, new patient registration sheet, and previous records.


Payment

When is payment due?

Full payment is due when services are rendered whether or not you have dental insurance. It is important to understand that dental insurance is a  contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company. We will be glad to assist you in filing your primary insurance.

How do you file insurance?

We will be glad to assist you in filing your primary insurance. This can, in most cases take place electronically which expedites reimbursement. We will be glad to help you to obtain the maximum benefits, but each insurance company dictates the level of care they will cover.

Please be aware that you are responsible for payment at the time a service is rendered regardless of estimated coverage. We assume no responsibility for an insurance company's failure to pay a claim, but we will be glad to assist you in resolving problems regarding pending claims if needed.
