Services
Household Pest Management:
We offer two types of services for such pests
as roaches, ants, fleas, silverfish, cereal moths and beetles, bees, hornets,
spiders, other
crawling insects, rats and mice.
- Regularly Scheduled Service: We
make regularly scheduled visits to provide service on a corrective and preventative/maintenance
basis. The visits are most commonly set up on a quarterly basis, however we
can also arrange visits on a monthly or every-other-month basis. This service
is available for residential and commercial settings.
- One-Time Service (Odd Jobs): Many homes or businesses will have unexpected problems with such pests as roaches, ants, fleas, bees, etc. but do not need or want regularly scheduled service. For those situations, we will provide service on a one-time basis to address the immediate pest concern.
Wood-Destroying
Insects:
We offer several types of service for Wood-Destroying
Insects (WDIs) and some of their conducive conditions.
- Inspections: We
will inspect properties for WDIs and their conducive conditions. This service
can be provided either on a one-time basis or annually.
- Wood-Destroying Insect Information Reports
(WDIR): We inspect and issue the North
Carolina Official Wood-Destroying Insect Information Report (Form No. WDIR
100) for properties involved in sales or being refinanced.
- Treatment of Existing Structures: We provide treatment for WDIs such as subterranean
termites and powder-post beetles (ppb) as per a written proposal.
- Treatment of Structures That Are Under
Construction: We provide preventative treatment
for subterranean termites to new structures during construction.
- Installation of Automatic Ventilators and Vapor Barriers: We install automatic ventilators and vapor barriers when needed to address wooden understructures that are excessively wet.
