Loss or Damage
Be sure equipment is secured and always protected from weather. Our insurance does not cover equipment that is out on rental. We do charge for missing or damaged items.
Reservations
Rental charges and security deposits must be paid in full to confirm reservations. Orders will not be delivered if all payments have not been made. Deposits will be refunded when the equipment is returned.
Items are subject to availability. Prices are liable to change without notice.

Terms and Conditions
The prices displayed in this website include only one day of rental. All charges are for equipment removed from the store whether the items are used or not. Additional fees will apply if equipment is returned after the specified due date. Special rates are available for long-term rentals.
Pickup
Tables and chairs should be placed down and stacked ready for pickup. Rinse all china, silver, glassware, and other items until they are food free; then repack them in their delivery containers. Linens should be free of refuse and dried to prevent stain and mildew. An additional charge will be applied if items that do not meet the above conditions.
Delivery
All items will be checked and counted carefully before delivery (please verify) and will again be checked and counted when picked up. Special containers are provided for the china, silver, glassware, and other items to ensure that you receive them sterilized, undamaged, and table ready. Deliveries are made to street level entrances only. Rates for setup and delivery above street level available.
