Missed Appointments
We request that all cancellations are given at least 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, we will have to charge for appointments that are not cancelled within the requested time frame. Please call with questions.

Children's Policy
Due to limited space and in order to preserve the serenity of the salon, all children under the age of 10 are welcome by appointment only.

Please make your child's appointment on a different day than yours so that you can give proper supervision within the salon. Due to the design of the salon, infants in strollers or carriers have nowhere to be parked other than traffic areas.
