About Us
The IfyVO Foundation was established by Dr. Osita Onyekwere in June 2009 after the passing of his loving wife, Ify V. Onyekwere. This is a public, charitable foundation for the support of scholarships, medical missions, bereavement support, and general relief of human suffering in the US and Africa, mainly Nigeria, which is where Mrs. Ify was born and raised.
The IfyVO Foundation was created to keep Mrs. Ify’s memory alive in our hearts forever. We want to be able to remember and represent all the causes, people and organizations that Ify stood for. We are committed to pursuing many charitable causes including rebuilding some crumbling schools in Nigeria and other philanthropic endeavors.
