Q. Do you have security at your self storage location?
A. We use a specialty designed locking system with a lock provided. Our locations are well lit with surveillance cameras available.
Q. Do I have to rent for a certain number of months?
A. We offer short and long term rental options. Your lease is on a month-to-month basis, with a minimum of one month.
Q. What items cannot be stored?
A. Food or perishable items, hazardous, toxic, or illegal items may not be stored in our facility. Contact us at 615-893-9387 if you have any questions about what can or cannot be stored at our storage facility.
Q. Do you accept deliveries?
A. Yes, we are glad to accept deliveries as long as we have your authorization on file.
Q. Does your self storage location provide pest control?
A. Yes, we sweep, spray for bugs and spiders, and put out mouse poison in every unit before each rental.
Q. Do I need to purchase a lock for my unit?
A. No, we provide a lock with all rentals. However, there is a place for your lock if you choose to use it.
Q. Do you charge a security deposit?
A. Yes, we charge a $10 refundable security deposit.
Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. Our office is open from 8am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday and 8am to 2pm on Saturday. We are closed on Sunday.
Q. What are the hours of access to your storage units?
A. Ideal 231 Mini Storage & Trailers offers 24-hour unit access.
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express. We also accept cash and checks.
