Thomas E. McCormick, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Thomas E. McCormick, M.D., F.A.A.P., was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He and his wife, Bee, are busy raising a daughter and three sons.
Dr. McCormick is a graduate of St. Xavier and is currently a St. Xavier Team Physician.
Dr. McCormick graduated in 1981 from Bellarmine College with a BA degree in Biology. He attended the University of Louisville School of Medicine, graduating in 1987. He completed his Internship and Residency in Pediatrics at Kosair Children's Hospital University of Louisville in 1990. During his Residency, he was the Chief Resident. He has been Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics since 1990.
Dr. McCormick joined the group practice of Dr. James Hinkebein and Dr. Bruce Davis in 1990. He is a Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. Dr. McCormick was named Top Doc by his peers.
Dr. McCormick is affiliated with Norton/Kosair Children's Hospital, Baptist Hospital East, and Suburban Hospital.
Dr. McCormick's bubbly personality and boisterous laugh are a treasure for all his patients and their parents. His goal is to give quality care and make his patient's visit as enjoyable and memorable as possible.
Dr. McCormick is passionate about his wife, children and extended family. He is active in all his children's school and sports activities.
