Hillbilly's BBQ & Steaks is a barbecue restaurant located in North Carolina. We have two locations offering full service catering in Gastonia and Lowell. We pride ourselves on offering good food that the entire family will enjoy at affordable prices.
We have various catering menus and options available, hamburger and hotdog catering, whole pig catering, turkey catering and much more. Hillbilly's BBQ & Steaks has on site pig picking and on site steak cooking. You can dine in or carry out and we have delivery available. There is a variety of food to choose from such as chicken, beef, pork, ribs, cole slaw, salads, potatoes, corn, onion rings, carrot cake, cobbler and more.
Hillbilly's BBQ & Steaks is one of the few restaurants that have always and still does cook on an open flame pit. We have fed 4,000 people at McAdenville day in McAdenville, 3,000 at the Darlington Speedway in South Carolina and have catered for the Charlotte Hornets, NBC News, and New York Nicks.
