What To Expect
Our staffing counselors will ask questions to determine exactly what the client's needs are and how often a sitter is required. We will then work to match the
right sitter with your loved one. Often times, with round-the-clock care, more than one sitter will be a part of their life.
Once sitters are placed with our client, we maintain contact with those sitters to ensure that your loved one is receiving the care necessary to maintain a high quality of life. Should problems arise, our staffing counselors will work with the sitter, the client, and the client’s family to ensure any problems are worked out to everyone's satisfaction.
Our staffing counselors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to meet our client's needs. You are not required to sign any contracts specifying the length of time needed for our services.
