Q:  Am I expected to tip?

A:  No.  If you feel our crew has gone over and above, then tips are greatly appreciated.



Q:  Do I need to be at home?

A:  No.  We are licensed, bonded and insured and have been in business for
over 30 years.  Most of our customers are not at home.  We work with our customers to find an acceptable means of entry.



Q:  Does the house need to be picked up and orderly before you come?

A:  It is not necessary, but this will expedite our cleaning.



Q:  How much notice do I need to provide to schedule a cleaning?

A:  Typically, we are able to provide service within 2-3 days.  However, if your schedule is not flexible, then a little more notice is advised.



Q:  What is your cancellation policy?

A:   We understand that things happen which require changes to your schedule.  We have no cancellation fee if notice is given 24 hours in advance.  We do however, have a $25.00 fee if cancellation occurs on the scheduled day of service.



Q:  Do you do laundry?

A:  Yes, we are willing to do laundry.



Q:  Do I have to sign a contract?

A:  No. We can clean you once, as-needed, or on a regular basis that fits your needs.



Q:  How do I pay for the service?

A:  Payment is rendered at time of service with check, cash, or any major credit card.
