Confidentiality

Our investigations are regulated by North Carolina General Statute 74-C. By law, we can reveal information to a third party only under court order or subpoena, or with the client's permission. In addition, any violation of criminal statutes discovered during an investigation, will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency.

Will the investigator appear in court for me?

Yes. Our cases are thoroughly documented for court presentation. The investigators are experienced in courtroom testimony and procedures. The hourly investigative rate will be applied to court appearances.

When can we start your case?

Generally, as soon as the retainer is received, depending upon our corrent workload, and the investigator's availability. We prefer a two day advance notice to properly prepare for your case, but will make exceptions.

PROCESS SERVICE

A flat rate of $55 for service in the Greensboro and High Point area. Other areas in North Carolina can be serviced for the hourly rate, plus mileage fee.

How Much Will It Cost?

INVESTIGATIONS: We charge an hourly rate for all investigations, plus mileage (if applicable) and any other expenses, such as photos and developing. Call us for an estimate on working your case. Our hourly rate is usually less than other investigators in the area, or comparable to their rates. In most cases, a retainer, which is based on the estimated number of hours to be worked, is required
