1. Do we charge for an initial visit? There is no fee for an initial visit; however, if a detailed design, drawn to scale is necessary, there will be a fee assessed.

2. Do we landscape and design private homes as well as commercial properties?  Yes, we landscape and design both private and commercial properties.

3. Is there a minimum amount that we charge for our projects?  Our smaller projects generally start at $3,000.00.

4. What does our company do?  We are a design/build landscaping firm. (No lawn maintenance).  We also design and maintain interiorscapes. (i.e. interior plants and containers for homes, officces, etc.)

5. What is Guaranteed Maintenance for interior plants, and what does it include?  The client purchases plants and containers.  We visit the premises weekly to water, clean, groom and fertilize these purchased plants.  When there is a natural decline in the vigor of the plants, replacements are made at no additional cost to the client.

6. What is the cost of Guaranteed Maintenance?  A monthly fee is determined based on the value of the plants.  Replacements are made at no additional cost to the client.

7.  Is there a minimum monthly charge for interior maintenance?  Yes, $115.00/monthly.  The fee is based on the cost and replacement value of the purchased plants.  If the cost value of the purchased plants is under our minimum, then the client would be charged our minimum fee.  Otherwise the fee is based on a percentage of the plant value.
