Following a successful fourteen-year partnership, the Firm of Barry A. Friedman & Associates, P.C. re-emerged in August of 1998 in order to concentrate its efforts in the fields of consumer, retail and commercial collections, including all phases of litigation to enforce debt payment, collection, as well as the recovery of collateral in both State and Federal Courts. The firm also practices extensively in the Bankruptcy Court, offering its clients complete relief, whatever their needs.  The Firm represents lenders, credit grantors, landlords, finance companies, medical, trade and retail accounts, including several national creditors. We can and do service the entire state of Alabama, with a primary focus on the lower half of the state. The Firm also handles family law, including divorce, child custody, and child support.
