About Us
Frank B. Lieppe is a former insurance company defense attorney and a graduate of the University of Florida and Emory University Law School. He has been practicing law since 1987.
Mr. Lieppe began his career as a personal injury defense attorney representing insurance companies and their insured, and from this experience he gained valuable insight into how insurance companies and their attorneys strategize to defeat the claims of injured individuals and the families of those who have been injured or killed by the negligent actions or omissions of others.
Since 1993, Mr. Lieppe has devoted 100% of his practice to the representation of individuals and families, and does not represent insurance companies or corporations under any circumstances. Mr. Lieppe handles all of his cases personally and has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. Mr. Lieppe and his staff understand the importance of regular and routine communication with clients, and for this reason have a firm policy to send copies of all correspondence to each client so that clients can be kept abreast of the developments in their case.
