Mr. Eidson is a native Floridian born in Orlando, where he now practices law after graduating from Vanderbilt University (B.A., 1984) and the University of Florida College of Law (J.D., 1987). He has been practicing law in the fields of personal injury, wrongful death, automobile accidents, and workers' compensation related cases in the Central Florida area since 1988.
Mr. Eidson was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1988, the U.S. District Court and Middle District of Florida in 1989, and the US. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Eidson is a current member of the Orange County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers. He has been lead counsel in over 5,000 cases and regularly attends and contributes to Florida Bar approved conferences updating the changing laws affecting the areas of personal injury and workers' compensation.
Mr. Eidson has been elected to the Arnold Palmer Hospital Foundation Board and has co-founded "Lawyers for Children" to help raise funds for purchasing medical equipment and funding research for the health of women and children.
Mr. Eidson & his wife, Cindy, are the parents of 3 boys.
