We meet you where you are in your addiction.
Once you have made the decision to enroll at The Fernwood House, we will do everything possible to streamline the admission process. You are welcome to contact us at any time to begin the admission process, or to receive additional program information that will help you make your decision.
Please have the following information available to help us expedite you or your loved one's admission:
- Your (the client’s) name, date of birth, and contact information
- Substance use and treatment history
- A list of current medications
- Guarantor’s name and contact information
- Other information, such as relevant medical history, legal issues, etc.
Once the initial screening is completed and you or your loved one is accepted into the program, our staff will schedule your intake and admission as soon as possible. The Fernwood House accepts admissions seven days per week.
