Preschool I – Age 3; Ballet; once a week
Preschool II – Age 4; Ballet/Tap; once a week
Preschool III – Age 5; Ballet/Tap or Ballet/Jazz; once a week
Technique – Ages 6 & 7; Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop; once a week
Intermediate – Ages 8 to 12; Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop; once a week
Level I – Ages 8 to 10; Ballet, Prepointe, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre; required class twice a week
Level II – Ages 10 to 12; Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre; required twice a week
Level III – Ages 12 to 14; Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Musical Theatre; required class three times a week
Level IV – Ages 14 to 16; Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Musical Theatre; required class four times a week
Level V– Ages 16 to 18; Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Musical Theatre; required class four times a week
Teen/Adult– Ages 13 and up; Ballet, Dance Team Prep, Hip Hop, Musical
Theatre, Teen Beginner, and Body Sculpting; once a week

RECITALS
Attendance at rehearsals are absolutely necessary. Participation is contingent
upon all fees being paid and all accounts current. Costumes are ordered
at the first of December to ensure delivery by recital dates, so it is
imperative dues are received by December.
We take a great deal of pride in our recital and have chosen Oak Mountain
High School Performing Arts Center as our venue. Participation is not
mandatory. However, we feel the recital is an important part of a dance
education. We encourage all students to participate. It is an opportunity
for students to show what they have accomplished during the past year.
The Recital is a positive experience that builds poise and increases self-confidence.
We provide a professional videographer for our recitals. No personal
videos or flash cameras are permitted during performance. However, you
may video tape and take pictures at rehearsal.

Class Dress Code
Ballet Class: Solid colored leotard
Preschool, Technique & Intermediate
(Pink tights, pink ballet shoes)
Teen & Level I - IV
(Pink tights with seams, pink ballet and pointe shoes)
Tap Class: Leotard and tights of your choice, jazz pants are allowed
Preschool & Technique
(Flat white tap shoes, tap shoe ties can be purchased in office for
$2.00)
Intermediate I & II, Teen & Level I - IV
(Black Capezio split sole tap shoes)
Jazz Class: Leotard and tights of your choice, jazz pants are
allowed
Preschool, Technique & Intermediate I
(Pink ballet shoes )
Intermediate II, Teen & Level I - IV
(Black split sole jazz shoes)
CLASSROOM ETIQUETTE
- No jewelry is allowed in class.
- Pantyhose are not acceptable.
- No gum is allowed in the classroom.
- Please cover adequately to and from the studio.
- Do not wear dance shoes outside.
- No food or drink is allowed in classroom except water.
- Do not wear any outfit that looks like a costume.
- Please try to use the restroom before class begins.
- All students are expected to be on time for class.
- All students are expected to be consistent in class attendance.
