“I just wanted to Thank-you for the impressive service I received July 1, 2000. My garage door spring broke on the prior Thursday night. So Friday I called the maker of my door for a spring. He said to bring it down to match it; they close at 5:00. I had a busy day and called to verify their address before 4:30 to find out they had closed early to relocate and would not re-open till Wed. July 5^th. I called another store, they were also closed though the Holiday.

I then called your store and was quite impressed with your willingness to open for me Saturday morning. Not only did you sell me the spring for less than I was quoted at the other stores, but you showed me the tips on doing the job. You even offered to loan me the bars to turn the spring. The job went very smooth thanks to you. Then to top it off, I forgot my receipt on the counter and was amazed to get it in the mail a few days later.
