El Jalisco
El Jalisco was started in 1994. Fernando was working in his family's restaurant in his native Mexico, when their establishment was visited by a young American entrepreneur. The American fell in love with Fernando’s cooking and offered to bring Fernando’s entire family back to the States to cook in his restaurant. Fernando and the family accepted the offer and after several years of working for the American, they decided to take a chance and start their own business. That’s how El Jalisco was born.
Now several years later, El Jalisco has five locations to serve you and your family. We have not only grown in size, but have been able to maintain friendly, quick service without sacrificing quality or the authenticity of traditional Mexican cuisine.
