Medical visits allow for diagnosis and treatment of patients with glaucoma, diabetes, cataracts, macular degeneration, hypertension, and other debilitating diseases. Services include: Visual Fields, Retinal Photography, Advanced Glaucoma Testing, and Referrals to appropriate specialists when needed.
Vision therapy is an organized remedial program designed to treat a variety of visual efficiency problems that interfere with optimal visual function and learning capability. Vision treatment can be as simple as patching an eye to improve (eye teaming) binocular vision, or somewhat complex involving sophisticated computer programs and instrumentation. In most cases, training involves a series of therapeutic sessions specifically planned to target the visual deficits indicated in the Evaluation process.
An in-house lab is offered for same-day delivery on glasses for most prescriptions in the Lexington and Richmond locations.
Contact lens comprehensive exams, training and follow-up visits for continuous evaluation of fit and medical aspects are provided.
We allow emergency visits for red eye, foreign object removal, sudden loss of vision, trauma, or accidents with chemicals in the eye.
