Eagle Pointe Apartments now has 2 Great Locations with 128 total units. We have a few 2 bedroom / 1 bath but most of our units are 2 bedroom / 2 bath units.

Eagle Pointe I is located at 1595 Church Ave. SE in Jacksonville with 80 units and Eagle Pointe II is located at 625 Old Gadsden Road, Jacksonville with a total of 48 units. All of our apartments have washer and dryer hook ups and we also have washers and dryers for rent for those who do not have their own.

Both locations are conveniently located within the city limits and Jacksonville Police and Fire Department jurisdiction.
