Our first apartment was built in 1999 so our units are very new. We have 80 units, 16 of which are 2 bedroom/1 bath and the other 64 are 2 bedroom/2 bath.

We are located 1 block east of US Hwy. 21 directly across from Wal-Mart Super Center and are convenient to local eateries, shopping and churches. We are also within Jacksonville Police and Fire Department jurisdiction.
