So that our office may keep the administrative costs as low as possible and continue to provide quality care to our patients, we have developed the following guidelines. Insurance Policy Our practice accepts and files most dental insurances. We will accept assignment of benefits when available. It is important to understand though, that the contract regarding your dental benefits is between you, your employer, and your insurance company. The obligation you have with our practice is to pay for treatment, regardless of the amount that may or may not be reimbursed by your insurance company. Any treatment that you need will not be based on your dental benefit program or your insurance coverage. Your treatment plan is based on your personal needs. Financial Policy Our fees are based on the care, skill, and judgment of the professionals delivering the services, and by the cost of operating a dental office dedicated to excellence. We will assist you as much as possible in optimizing your dental benefits. We require payment for services at the time they are provided. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit. If you have any questions regarding your expected co-payment, please contact our office at your convenience.
