Cook, D.P.M Dr. Joel Cook, a native Memphian, received his undergraduate degree from the University of Memphis and his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago. He completed his surgical residency in Hopedale, Illinois. Dr. Cook is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot Surgeons. |
