 Office
Hours
We are open 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We do not close
for lunch.
Appointments
Most times, we are able to schedule new patients the same day.
 Medical
Records
We request all medical records the first day of treatment and can normally
forward them to your office within a few days.
Police
Reports
We get them as soon as they are available and will forward them to you
at no charge.

 Transportation
We have 6 vans to transport patients to and from our office and to and
from your office. Our transportation includes Baton Rouge and all surrounding
areas - New Roads, St. Francisville, Ethel, Watson, Denham Springs, Maurepas,
Gonzales, Donaldsonville, White Castle, Plaquemine and Marinqouin, to
name a few.
 Discharge
Reports
Our office's efficiency does not end with the treatment of our
patients. Upon completion of patients' treatment, that same effort is
applied to completing the reports for your office.
Missed
Appointments
If a patient misses an appointment, we stay on top of it. One of our doctors
or staff call that patient until they are rescheduled. (When necessary,
we will let you know.)
