About Us

Dale V. Bauman, MD is a Diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is licensed by the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners and the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners. Dr. Bauman completed his residency in Obstetrics-Gynecology at Louisiana State University Medical Center School of Medicine in Shreveport. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. Dr. Bauman has served on the Faculty of Louisiana State University Medical Center School of Medicine in Shreveport.

Jennifer Haley Waddle, WHNP-BC is a nationally Board Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master of Science in Nursing – Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner – at Northwestern State University. Mrs. Waddle earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grambling State University. She has worked on the faculty of Northwestern State University and Southern University. Mrs. Waddle joined Dr. Bauman’s practice in 2008 after working for two years as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner in Natchitoches.

Sherry Brown, Medical Assistant, received her Associate in Medical Assistant degree from Bossier Parish Community College. She has undertaken further study at Louisiana State University Shreveport and is currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Nursing (RN) from Northwestern School of Nursing in Shreveport. She joined Dr. Bauman’s practice in 1996.

Tamika Evans, Medical Assistant, received her Medical Assistant diploma from Blue Cliff College in Shreveport. Earlier, she completed training as a Medical Office Specialist from American School of Business in Shreveport. She joined Dr. Bauman’s office in 2008 after working two years at the Highland Clinic.

Tennille Jackson, Certified Nurse Assistant, has pursed general studies at Southern University and further training at Northwestern School of Nursing in Shreveport. She joined Dr. Bauman’s practice in 2008 after working 17 years in the field of medicine.

Kim Lewis, the Voice of Dr. Bauman’s Office, has been with his practice "longer than anyone else." Kim will greet you, answer your questions, check you out and help you schedule your next appointment. She has watched our babies grow up and keeps tabs on all our patients. Kim is everyone’s "go to" person.
