Wrongful death of a 23-year-old Downs syndrome male for failure to treat and diagnose developing nocardia infection at the emergency room causing death.

Settlement $575,000.00	Lawrence Debb vs. A Construction Co.
Front end loader pulled on to street carrying a large steel plate at night without adequate lighting causing the drivers' vehicle to impact the steel plate. Driver sustained herniated discs at L4/L5 with surgery.

Settlement $350,000.00	Cardimond vs. Car Rental Company
Plaintiff, a trailer mechanic, received shoulder injury when struck with mirror of van as he exited his parked vehicle. Plaintiff sustained shoulder injuries and lost wages. Case went to trial on June 2, 2000, the jury awarded plaintiff $477,000.00 which was reduced by 25% comparative fault. Subsequent to the jury's verdict, the defendants filed a motion for new trial which on the issue of damages. The Court granted the motion and ordered a new trial. The parties had entered into a confidential high/low agreement before the hearing, and despite the Court's ruling, the plaintiff was able to recover a substantial settlement.

Driver of a rental car ran a flashing red light in Downtown Miami causing a "T-Bone" crash. Plaintiff driver received facial injuries. Passenger received abdominal injury and scarring. Liability for the Accident was heavily disputed.

Negligent security, wrongful death action. Twenty two year old male was fatally beaten by gang members in parking lot after hours in shopping center.

42 Year old female housewife, while shopping in the shoe section of a department store was struck by a sign that fell from a display shelf, sustaining herniated disc at C4-C5 with surgery.

Thirty-six year old male construction worker rear-ended by 18 wheel commercial cargo vehicle and sustained injuries to neck, herniated disc at C5-C6 and torn meniscus in left knee with surgery.
