Extended Care
Extended Care is available from 6 am to 6 pm year round. Supervised activities are available utilizing school facilities. Jet Sports activities are also available for students enrolled in the Double R Extended Care Program.
Summer Camp
Polywogs
(Ages 2-4)
Summer is Fun! The little ones will spend time outside on
the playground. Inside activities include painting, coloring,
story time, playing dress-up, and singing. Pool time will
be for those children who have gone through the Double R
swim program. Outside water games are for everyone!
Peanuts,
Juniors, and Seniors (Ages 5-12)
Outdoor fun for this age group includes swim lessons as
well as free swim, volleyball, soccer, and basketball
(in a regulation, air-conditioned gym). Other activities
include tree forts, games and reading, arts and crafts,
movies and field trips!
Kids Abroad
The Double R Private School sponsors various foreign travel programs.
Double R Private School students have traveled to Germany,
Austria, Hungary, and Italy. Trained and experienced staff
members accompany these tour groups. Students have come from Canada, Venezuela, France, Puerto
Rico, and Hungary. They participate in language classes on
campus and travel to local attractions.
