Donahue & Associates Law Firm, P.A. and its predecessor firms have been providing legal services to the Central Florida community for more than twenty-eight years.
Carol E. Donahue, J.D., M.B.A., has been practicing law since 1978. She received her Juris Doctorate degree with honors, from Florida State Law School, an M.B.A. from University of Central Florida, a M. Ed. from Duke University, and her B.A. from University of South Florida. She has lectured extensively on estate planning and elder law issues. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, the Florida State Guardianship Association, Central Florida Guardianship Association (Board member), Florida Bar (member Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and Elder Law Section), Orange County Bar Association (past chairperson of Estate, Trusts and Guardianship Section and Elder Law Section), the American Bar Association (member Real Property, Probate and Trust Law and Senior Lawyers), and the Central Florida Estate Planning Council.
Stephanie S. Woods, J.D. received her Juris Doctorate Degree and a Certificate in Estates and Trusts Practices from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. She received a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. She is a member of the American Bar Association (member Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and Elder Law Section), Orange County Bar Association (member and 2005-2006 Chairperson: Elder Law Committee; member Estate, Guardianship and Trust Law Committee), Seminole County Bar Association, Central Florida Guardianship Association, Central Florida Estate Planning council, Volie A. Williams, Jr. American Inns of Court and Tiger Bay Club of Central Florida. Ms. Woods was also an intern for the Honorable Lawrence R. Kirkwood of the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court, Probate Division.
Norma Tornatela is the office manager and estate planning legal assistant. She has been with the firm since 2000.
Moria Stofko is the probate assistant and billing assistant.
Tom Bussell and Patricia Nivens are the guardianship assistants.
