Doctors Maureen Dollinger and Nancy Tove met as interns in Tallahassee, Florida in 1982. After residency they established Dollinger & Tove Family Medicine Associates in 1988 in the Cary/Apex area. They have remained in this privately owned practice and chosen to continue the family atmosphere that only a small practice can offer.

Maureen D. Dollinger, M.D.

Originally from Miami, Florida, Dr. Dollinger obtained her undergraduate degree from Auburn University and attended medical school at the University of Miami. She completed her internship at Tallahassee Regional Memorial Hospital. This was followed by residency at Eastern Virginia Medical School where she was elected chief resident and served on the faculty for one year after her residency program. She and her husband, Eric, moved to the Raleigh area in 1986. They have two sons, Lance and Brent.

Nancy L. Tove, M.D.

A Raleigh native, Dr. Tove attended Broughton High School and then graduated from North Carolina State University with a B.S. in Chemistry. She attended medical school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Following graduation, she moved to Tallahassee, Florida, where she completed her family practice residency. In 1985, she returned to Raleigh and married her husband, Tom. They have a son, Aaron, and a daughter, Rachel.
