Dr. Annette M. Dinneen and her associates of Dermatology Associates of Indiana are experienced and professional providers offering general and cosmetic dermatology services. Sometimes, despite eating right, exercising and otherwise taking good care of yourself, you still can't achieve the appearance you want: those facial wrinkles won't go away, or those varicose veins are growing, or maybe you've never been happy with those extra little hairs here and there. A Message to Our Patients
We are pleased that you have chosen Dermatology Associates of Indiana to provide your care. It is important that our patients are aware of the financial policies of our practice, and we encourage you to discuss any questions you may have.
We will file a claim promptly to your primary insurance company for you, provided that you have a current copy of your insurance card with the correct mailing address on it. We cannot guarantee payment of your claim. If your insurance company pays only a portion of the bill or rejects your claim, your insurance should send an explanation to you, the policyholder. Reduction or rejection of the claim does not relieve you of your financial obligation.
If you do not have health insurance, payment is expected at the time of your visit, unless prior arrangements are made with our patient accounts representatives, who can be reached at
317-338-9391. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. All cosmetic procedures must be paid in full at time of visit. Insurance claims will not be filed for cosmetic procedures.
Our Staff
Annette M. Dinneen, MD
Dr. Dinneen received her training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, and is board certified in Dermatology and Internal Medicine. She specializes in general and surgical dermatology and treats patients of all ages. She has a special interest in cosmetic dermatology including laser procedures, Botox, fillers and spider vein treatments.
Anjali K. Harsha, PA-C
Anjali is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology. She completed her Master in Physician Assistant training at Butler University in Indianapolis. Anjali treats conditions in general dermatology and performs a variety of laser procedures.
Sneha M. Tilak, PA-C
Sneha is a certified Physician Assistant. She completed her Physician Assistant training at the University of St. Francis in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Sneha treats general dermatology conditions.
Stacie D. Wenck, NP
Stacie received her Master of Science in Nursing from Ball State University in 2002. She earned her bachelor's degree in Nursing from Marian College in 1997, graduating with Cum Laude Honors. She has been a member of Sigma Theta Tau, an International Honor Society of Nursing, since 1997 and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery Nursing. Stacie is also a member of the Society of Clinical Research Associates and is a certified clinical research professional. Stacie has a strong background in surgical and cutaneous oncology nursing.
Debra A. Graber, NP
Debra is a Nurse Practitioner Certified (AANP) in Family Practice. She has been practicing dermatology under Dr. Dinneen's supervision since September 2008. Debra has extensive nursing experience, completing a licensed practical nursing program in 1983; Associate Degree in Nursing from Marian College in Indianapolis in 1990; Bachelor of Science Degree Cum Laude in 1998; and Master of Science Primary Care Nursing in April 2008. She is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau. Debra treats general dermatology conditions.
