Our Mission:
To assist you, our member, in attainting your personal fitness goals including weight loss, increased muscularity, improved appearance and the enhancement of your overall health, longevity and quality of life. In addition we serve Dickson area with a commitment to fitness education and sports programs designed to enhance the health and fitness of the community at large.

2 yr. $45.11 + $2.27= $47.38/mo.

PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES

*Members:$35/hr x 5 sessions = $175
$30/hr x 10 sessions = $300 (save $50)
$25/hr x 20 sessions = $500 (save $200)
$20/hr x 30 sessions = $600 (save $450)

*Non-Members:$40/hr x 10 sessions = $400
$35/hr x 20 sessions = $700 (save $100)
$30/hr x 30 sessions = $900 (save $300)
