APPLIANCES HOW DO I PREPARE MY REFRIGERATOR FOR MOVING? We request that you disconnect your refrigerator or freezer. They should be unplugged and left open to dry out. This can take a day or two. But needs to be done before we come to load. The reasoning is because of the water or moisture that remains can damage other items. Washers need to be disconnected/hoses removed from spouts and drained, dryers need to be disconnected and hoses removed from back of machine and also the wall. | |||||||||
