I had my breast augumentation on the 17th of July 2006. I was a 36D and now I am a 36DD or a 36E. I had saggy breast and I chose not to have a breast lift or mastopexy performed. I had 600cc implants and I am very happy with the results. I feel you would be happier with a slightly lower nipple than the scars that are left from a mastopexy or a lollipop breast lift. My breast had moderate to severe ptosis. My nipples were pointing down and I think they look fine now. Some people say a breast aug alone will not raise your nipples but it will. hopefully I have helped you.

Well, wanted to give an update. I am now 6 months post op and all of the swelling is gone and the breast have taken the position that they will remain in. I am sorry to say that I am not completely satisfied with them at this point. They dont look horrible but they are definitely nothing like I expected. When I wrote my results, my doctor had informed me that my breast would not go down anymore and there was no swelling left in the breast and that was an incorrect statement. They are approximately half the size they were and half the size I expected. I also have what appears to be a fill valve protruding from my breast. With a cotton bra on it appears that I have 2 nipples. However, I would still go without a lift, but really consider the size of the implant. He would not put anything larger than 600cc's and I would have to have at least 1000-1200 cc's in order to have what I thought I was getting. 600cc is not as large as you think they would be. Also, pay close attention to the procedure dates and the picture dates. It really makes a lot of difference. If they are only 2 months post op, more than likely they will in fact look entirely different 4 months post op. My breast did not actually take there final shape until about 3 1/2 to 4 months post op. I did have a pretty bad droop in my breast and the implants did lift them, just not what I expected after a few more months. I think the protrusion in my breast may be the implant turning because its too small for my amount of breast tissue. Hope this helps more. Sincerely, Cammy

In July 2002 I flew out to Orlando, from Dallas, for my breast augmentation surgery. The staff, especially Dr. Ward, was very helpful and caring. I'm so glad I found this board, as I've been wanting to thank Dr. Ward for giving me, quite frankly, the best boob job I've ever seen; and I've seen a lot in my seven years of working in strip clubs. I can't even begin to tell you how many girls, unfortunately some with bad boob jobs, are in awe over mine. I would, and have, recommend Dr. Ward to any woman interested in breast augmentation.

I'm not sure if this will work; but I'm going to try and add two before and after pics, both of myself (wearing blue in before and blonde in after) and a friend of mine who paid 6 thousand dollars in Austin, Tx for a boob job that looks and feels horrible.

Thank you Dr. Ward,
Linda McDonald

Heather,

Hi my name is Karen. I have been referring family members, friends, co-workers, and my friends have referred their friends to Dr. Ward for augmentations over the past 7 to 10 years. Within the past 3 years alone 6 of my friends and also my sister (within the last month) have had augmentations performed by Dr. Ward.

I have to tell you that he is the only plastic surgeon I have recommended (I have worked in the legal field for over 18 years and know the good and bad) and all of the people (a minimum of about 15) are elated with their outcome.

If you have any other questions you can email me anytime.

I was wondering if there were any "post-breastfeeding" moms out there that could help me in my augmentation decision. My mother had surgery with Dr. Ward 10 years ago! I am now interested in the surgery after my breasts are left lifeless after my daughter. I am married and only 26 and think that I am still a sexy wife and mom. However, this area of my body has been a big self esteem issue for me since my daughter. Please anyone let me know how your surgeries went, are you happy with results, and if there are any liberated moms out there, could you please share your story :)

Thanks so much,

I am very interested in breast augmentation as my breast after two children and a lot of weight loss are very small and droopy. However, I am also interested in having something done to my abdomen area. I do not feel that liposuction is needed because I don't have a lot of fat so to speak, but I have some lose skin in the area. I exercise and weight train 6 days a week, but I cannot tone my stomach due to the skin. Any comments would be helpful.

I am thinking about getting a breast augmentation in the next year or so. I have been wanting one since I was 18 but made myself wait till I was older. I am almost 23 and still want one. I want to do this for me and no one else. I cant really complain because I was blessed with decent natural breasts. I am a full 34 B. But I do not feel like a woman when I look in the mirror. I feel like I have the breasts of a little freshman in high school. A friend of mine has gone to Dr. Ward and had great results. One of my friends went through the arm pit and another friend of mine has gone through the nipple. Although i know it will be more expensive, i want to have mine through the belly button. Does Dr. Ward offer that option? I also have decided that I want cilicone because it feels more natural and you wont get that wrinkle effect as much. I am concerned about the cancer risks with it, but from what I've heard, they have changed a few things so if the bag was to break, it stays in clumps making it easier to get every piece out. If anyone can offer me some advice or knows of a doctor in the area that will go through the belly button, please let me know if doctor ward doesnt offer that option. Thanks!

I was wondering if you have gone back to Dr. Ward for your breast lift with augmentation yet? Also, Why didn't you get the two done at the same time? Perhaps you could also explain the procedure as well. I've been contemplating whether or not to go for augmentation or breast lift. However, from what I understand, there is more scaring with a breast lift vs. augmentation. But never heard of the two together. So maybe you could shed some light. I was considering getting the lift or augmentation with the tummy tuck at the same time. What would you recommend?

They were all very kind, helpful, & patient! I am very happy with the results & continue to visit Dr Ward & his staff on a regular basis for my botox up keep. I could very well go to a doctors office or med spa which is much closer to simply get a few pricks in the forehead but I have found an office that I trust completely & whether I am having cosmetic enhancements that require 4 hours or 4 minutes of time, $4000.00 or $400.00 u can bet it's Dr Wards office I will be at!!!!!
