Deciding to file bankruptcy is a gut-wrenching experience, and taking that first step to pick up a phone for an attorney is very hard. With countless advertisements it is hard to know who truly has your best interest at heart, and that you won't be raked over the coals financially for representation. Over the past couple of years, the financial and employment landscape has been rough for many hundreds of thousands of families.
