Minimize Forklift Downtime

  • When a service call is received, it will be handled by an experienced service advisor who understands your equipment needs.
  • Trained technicians will be dispatched in a timely manner.
  • Our technicians are supplied with service vehicles, carrying a large inventory of parts and the right tools to give you, the customer, the best opportunity of getting your equipment fixed on the first visit and with the least possible downtime.
  • Dade Lift Parts & Equipment, Inc. carries all the proper insurance coverage needed.

Billing

  • You only get billed for the time the technician is working on your equipment.
  • No travel time. You will be charged once our technician gets to your facility.
  • When you receive an invoice, it will be accompanied by a detailed work order. It will show the technician that worked on your unit, the time spent on your unit, plus parts used to repair the unit and a description of the problems the unit had, along with the description of the work that was done to the unit as well as a supervisor's signature.

We understand what it means to you, the customer, when your equipment is not in proper working conditions. We make sure that we are accessible at all times. We believe that good communication is necessary in maintaining a good working relationship with our customers.
