Q: What are some things I should check before I call for service?
- Where is your thermostat set (to the cooling or the heating position)?
- Is the temperature set above or below the room temperature (below room temperature for cooling and above room temperature for heating)?
- Are the breakers and disconnects turned on and/or are the fuses okay?
- Does your air filter need to be replaced or cleaned?
