Craig is a former prosecutor for the Seminole County State Attorney's Office. During his tenure as a prosecutor, he participated in thousands of criminal cases making filing decisions, negotiating plea offers, arguing motions, and developing discovery as well as selecting juries and taking numerous criminal cases to jury trials. As a criminal defense attorney he is able to utilize his experience with the State Attorney's Office to defend the type of cases he once prosecuted.
