Courtyard Manor & Seasons Hospice Continuing Education Event on Thursday, February 2nd, 2012
Calling all Social Workers, Case Managers & Nurses! Courtyard Manor of Farmington Hills Assisted Living & Memory Care is hosting a CEU event along with Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care at our community on Thursday, February 2nd, 2012 at 4PM. Beverages and hors d'oeuvres will be served and the event is worth 1.0 Continuing Education Unit. Please contact Dana B. Courtyard Manor Resident, Friends & Family Holiday Party on December 15, 2011
The Courtyard Manor Family along with our reisdents and their friends and family joined together for a merry 'ole time! Our Annual Holiday Party was filled with holiday cheer and musical entertainment, a visit from Santa and of course some great hors de vours enjoyed by all who attended! We're already looking forward to next years event!
American Red Cross Fall Blood Drive at Courtyard Manor of Farmington Hills on October 6th, 2011
Courtyard Manor, along with the American Red Cross, hosted another beneficial blood drive this year collecting blood and saving lives. Our efforts were a success due to the support from generous donors and we hope we can count on your support in our next Blood Drive! Alzheimer's Association Annual Memory Walk at The Detroit Zoo on August 27th, 2011
Courtyard Manor of Farmington Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care once again joined the ranks of several walkers this year at the Detroit Zoo on Saturday, August 27th, 2011 in support of the Alzheimer’s Association of Southeastern Michigan. The Annual Memory Walk helps to raise not only awareness of Alzheimer’s disease but also raises funds that are donated towards research and the goal of someday finding a cure.
Collectively, the Courtyard Manor Team, with the help of other eager volunteers helped to raise funds in our efforts. For further information on how to donate to the Alzheimer’s Association please visit their website at http://www.alzheimersassociation.com.
Courtyard Manor of Farmington Hills Annual Resident, Friends & Family Picnic
We certainly had a lot of fun in the sun with our residents, family and friends at this years picnic at our community held on June 25th! We enjoyed delicious food and deserts, fabulous entertainment, and those who attended went home with some great raffle prizes. We're already looking forward to next year's picnic!
