Welcome to Colors R Us Child Development Center. The purpose of this website is to outline the policy and procedures under which is operated as a licensed childcare center. We give the children in our care the opportunity to learn in a clean, healthy, and safe environment. Your child will have the opportunity to gain practice in all areas of development.
At Colors R Us Child Development Center, we have an open-door policy, which means that parents are welcome anytime to call or stop in during operating hours to observe our program. Your questions and comments are important to us, so we can achieve the very best experience for your child. Children will never be denied enrollment on the basis of national origin, race, age, religion, or disability.
Ages
Accepting ages 6 weeks through 12 years of age.
Enrollment Procedures
Required by the state of Florida.
- Registration and contract completed and signed by parent or guardian.
- Physical Exam (yellow form) must be current exam or not to exceed two years.
- Current immunization record (blue form) must be up to date.
- Notarized medical consent form and field trips authorization form.
- Sick child form.
- Registration fee of $35.00 non-refundable (one time only). Registration fee is not required for VPK, only extended care.
Children are allowed to start without a physical and immunization records, but it has to be submitted within 30 days or the child's enrollment will be terminated. If you have any questions or would like to set up a visit, please contact us.
