Will my loved one be kept clean and free of abuse?
Here at Cogburn we pride ourselves on the appearance of our residents and no one will be abused by anyone. We perform "Criminal Background Checks" on ALL staff prior to employment and annually.
Are you sure that you have plenty of staff to give the care that is needed?
Our staffing levels exceed the needs of our residents.
Will I always feel guilty about having to place my family member in a nursing home?
This is a very common reaction and with time, it certainly becomes less upsetting as the resident settles into the routine.
May we come and visit anytime?
We have no set visiting hours and encourage family and friends to visit often
