Minimum Requirements
• 21 or older
• Negative TB test current within 12 months
• First Aid Certified
• C.P.R. Certified
• CNA (registered with the state of Georgia) OR NLN Proficiency Test
for Home Health Aides (test available through CHOICE for a nominal fee)
• Work History & Criminal Background Check
• Social Security Card
• Valid Georgia Driver's License
• Dependable Automobile
• Current Liability Auto Insurance
• 8 hours of continuing education classes annually
