Georgia is a state with regulatory rules and guidelines for the provision of in-home care services and provides licensure to companies who can meet those rules and regulations. All reputable Home Care Providers must meet the same minimum criteria to maintain their Georgia License. The caregivers scheduled in homes through CHOICE are the very best. They are Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aids who have been certified by the state of Georgia and the National League of Nursing for HHA. The caregivers scheduled in your home will have been subjected to a complete and thorough background check, including personal, employment and criminal background checks. And unlike any other agency, every caregiver undergoes an individual, psychological profiling prior to ever being placed with your family. Our record stands unmatched with the ability to recruit the best quality caregivers available. Families are in excellent hands.
CHOICE personnel include our Director of Services who holds a Masters of Social Work (MSW), our Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Field Services Director, our full professional scheduling department and a complete operational staff is available. Our entire staff is dedicated to providing you with exceptional and immediate service. You won't wait endlessly for answers, no voice mail webs. Confidence begins as soon as you call. CHOICE is an organization that responds reliably and quickly to service needs. Although we ask for 48-hour notice on service requests, we know situations arise that aren't always expected. Our Community Awareness department is ready to take your call and schedule our representative to complete the necessary assessments for your appropriate Plan of Care. Our representative, nursing staff and caregivers come to you. Once CHOICE has a completed assessment and knows the service requirements, the appropriate caregivers are immediately identified and then scheduled to meet your service needs.
Some agencies hesitate to provide set rates. CHOICE eliminates the stress of “negotiating.” CHOICE provides the most economical services available on an "as needed" basis, either short term or long term. CHOICE also provides special programs for those who require regular and structured care at reduced rates. CHOICE rates are always in writing.
