CHOICE is designed to promote and maintain quality lifestyles for people who choose independence. CHOICE offers eleven different services, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Who Are Your Caregivers?
Personal Service Caregivers are individuals dedicated to serving the community. Each caregiver has attended specially designed classroom programs to ensure that CHOICE standards in quality caregiving are maintained. Caregivers are people you can trust.
Our Rates Average $15.75 Per Hour
24-Hour Live-In Service Average $7.58 Per Hour
*Rates Apply to Regular Service Areas
