Student Information

Childworld accepts pre-school children from ages 1 to 5 years and after-school children from grades K to 5th grade. We are also a Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten provider.

We also provide transportation, for school age children both to and from the following schools:

Hiland Park
North Side
Lynn Haven
Bay Haven

Because Childworld is a true pre-school, we do not accept part-time or drop-ins.

Enrollment Requirements

A completed DCF enrollment form
A current shot record (blue form 680)
Completed center questionnaire
Notarized consent to medical treatment form
Signed know-your-daycare form
Signed Discipline policy form
Initialed biting policy
Physical form signed by physician (less than two yrs. old)
$50.00 registration fee
Center consent form
