Dessert Table
Assorted Sweet Table was used this year as the dessert item for the Steeple Chase.  It allowed the clients to have a wider choice.  Great for the larger parties.

2009 Steeple Chase Buffet View
This event is held outside each year rain or shine.  It is amazing what you can do under a tent with the right design and the right fabrics.

40th Surprise Birthday Party
The cake is made by a local designer.  We go in first to the location to get the table ready for the cake arrival. I have been in the business a long time, the cake designer rarely sets the table up for the cake to be displayed.

Pink and Hot Pink Design

Buffet Area
This wedding was located at Spiegel Farms. After taking off her linens and replacing them with our design, this is what we came up with.  The bride made the choice to have ours instead of the locations'.  However Spiegel Farms is a great place for a wedding, she has everything you could possibly need. The artificial centerpieces belong to Spiegel Farms. Comes with package.

Bride's Flowers

Wedding Colors were Pink/Lime …
I made this with the lime berries and spray roses and then added larger hot pink roses.  I think with any flower presentation you need to add depth by using different sizes of flowers, so the piece doesn't look the same all over.  This way the eyes move around the piece instead of locking in on one certain area.

This is a morning breakfast starting at 6:00am for 150 men.  These guys are so much fun to work with. I now we have been working for them for at least 10 years or more doing BBQ's, picnics, steak dinners, and the "No Accident Hours" breakfast.

Visual of Buffet with Fruit
This bride choose a chocolate brown and khaki for her colors this fall and added more color with flowers.  With earth tone colors it makes your food just pop off the table.

Doris's Famous Pinwheels
These pinwheels are Doris's creation.  She hand spreads the different items and then rolls them and cuts and you have a very tasty results!

Chelseas' Sweet Sixteen Party …
The location of this event was "Events at the Davenport" downtown Greer, South Carolina. Seats 100 sit down guests well. We had 200 teenagers that night. Of course they don't sit down, they dance and walk around all night.
