LAB HOURS: To better serve our patients, the lab is now open from 7:30 - 4:45 weekdays at CHA, and on Saturdays from 8 - 12 at Spectrum Lab (204 Ashville Avenue, right across the parking lot from CHA).

WELCOME to Courtney Queen, our new nurse practitioner.  We are thrilled she has decided to join the CHA team permanently. 

PERSONAL TIDBITS: Three new babies on the way at CHA - must be something in the water around here!  Congratulations to nurse practitioner Candace Chitsaz, nurse Katie and medical assistant Cara!

CANCELLATIONS: If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation or no-show fee.  This allows us to make appointments available to those patients who are sick and urgently need to be seen.  Thank you!

FLU: The CDC is now recommending that all patients age 6 months and older receive the H1N1 vaccine.  We are still seeing influenza - both seasonal and H1N1 - although this year the flu season appears to have peaked earlier than usual.  Remember, the best way to prevent the spread of infectious illness is to wash your hands, and cough or sneeze into the crook of your elbow instead of your hands.
