FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS

**REGISTRATION FEE -- A registration fee of $50.00 is payable when you enroll your child. This fee will not be charged again unless you remove child from program and choose to re-enroll. Upon re-enrollment fee will be charged.

**TUITION - Tuition is based on the actual costs of operating the center divided by the children enrolled. Fees for the second or third child in developmental care and from the same family will be discounted $5.00 per week. Tuition is to be paid in advance on Monday. A $5.00 charge will be added for every late day. The center depends solely on tuition to meet the operational expenses.

	INFANT CARE	$140.00 PER WEEK
	TODDLER ROOM	$125.00 PER WEEK
	DEVELOPMENTAL CARE (2YRS – PRE-K)	$120.00 PER WEEK
	ACTIVITY CENTER	$80.00 PER WEEK
	Before & After School (snow days, in-service, any time other than the normal before & after school hours.)	$12.00 PER DAY

HOLIDAY CLOSING -- No credit on tuition is given for scheduled center holidays. These days will be pro-rated throughout the year. We do this as an alternative to annual registration and supply fees. Tuition remains the same per week. The center will be closed on these dates:

	February 16	President's Day (Mon.)
	March 20	Good Friday (Fri.)
	May 22 & May 25	Memorial Day Weekend (Fri. & Mon.)
	July 3 & 6	Independence Day (Fri. & Mon.)
	September 7	Labor Day (Mon.)
	November 26 & 27	Thanksgiving (Thurs. & Fri.)
	December 24 & 25	Christmas Break (Thurs. & Fri.)
	December 31 & January 1	New Year's (Thurs. & Fri.)

**FAMILY VACATION - If your child has been enrolled in our center for 6 months, you are entitled to two weeks at 1/2 the regular tuition. Please notify us at least 2 weeks in advance. MAXIMUM 2 WEEKS PER ENROLLMENT YEAR.

**WITHDRAWAL - Two week written notice and two weeks tuition is due upon child's withdrawal from program.

**OVERTIME CHARGES - There will be an overtime charge for children picked
up after 6:00 PM. The charge is $5.00 per every 5 minutes!
