Do they have a Resident Manager?

   A resident manager is when the manager actually lives at the storage facility. This provides 24 hour security. The manager is around more than just 9 to 5. He knows who's coming and going at the site.

Is Outside Storage Available?

If you need economical outside storage for car,boat,RV, or other large items is the space available in a secured area that is fenced and well lit with controlled access?

Do they have Lights and Electric outlets available?

We have well lit complexes and lights in all larger units so you can use your unit after dark. We also have outlet under each flood light for your use.

Is Insurance Available for your Belongings?

Home owners and Renters insurance dose cover property sometimes. If not we can provide you with independent companies.

Are your Drives Paved?

All are drives are paved or concrete to reduce dust that may make its way into the units.

Do they have Climate Control Units?       

We offer climate controlled units at our Wendell and Berkeley Blvd. facility's.

Do they have a Length Obligation to their Lease?

Our lease is a month to month lease NO Length Obligation.
