Insurance

We direct bill and process insurance claims. As an insurance customer we offer you quality services and are experts at verifying coverage, filing the claim and handling all the paperwork. We are contracted and work with more than 100 insurance companies. We can contact your insurance company and submit the claim for you. If you have any questions about filing a claim we will be happy to answer them as we guide you through the process.

Replacement Procedures

The standard windshield replacement time is 60 minutes. However, drive-away time after service is completed is one hour, unless we advise you of any additional time that is required. Your rearview mirror is removed and attached to your new windshield. Affixed stickers and items will be removed and put on your new windshield, if it can be removed. Our technicians will vacuum any glass pieces found in your vehicle as a result of the glass breakage.

Repairs

In most cases repairs can be performed in 30 minutes or less. Most insurance companies will waive your deductible to have it repaired versus replaced. A windshield chip or crack repair will prevent further damage and in most cases cannot be seen. However, there is a possibility that some of the repair may still be visible, depending on the damage.
